Digital Products, such as templates and guides, are delivered instantly upon purchase. All sales are final. If a technical issue prevents access, we will provide assistance or offer an alternative item.

6.3 Physical Goods

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Upon inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.
